Licensed Lake Erie Fishing Guide

Chris was born and raised on the banks of Lake Erie in Mentor Ohio.  He and his brothers spent their time fishing on Lake Erie and the Mentor Lagoons.   The family also fished all over the region including Canada.  In 1984 Chris and his father attained their US Coast Guard Captains Licenses.  They ran charters out of:  The Port Clinton Ohio area, 'the islands' around Put in Bay, the Central Basin, Geneva on the Lake & The Grand River.  Fishing was great for Perch, Walleye and Small mouth Bass.  Lake Michigan provided tournaments for King Salmon & Coho.  When Chris's parents located to Hawaii, the pacific provided fishing for Mahi and Swordfish.  In Florida, the fishing was for Blackfin Tuna, Grouper, Mahi, and Wahoo.  Great experiences fishing with brother Mark in Alaska for Halibut and Salmon.  Let's not omit flyfishing in the wilderness of Montana & Idaho.

Throughout all time, Lake Erie was the Main Port of Call.  Now Chris can be found on both Lake Erie and the Gulf of Mexico.  It is a safe bet that his father Cliff, brothers Mark or David, or a nephew (or niece!) may be first mate on your charter!!
